Stocking Up and Buying Rewards for Deserving Students!

Help me give my students the supplies and rewards to help them succeed. The paper is simply necessary for copies as our students can't take their devices home. The copies of books will be given to deserving students.

My Project

I teach in a low income, Title I school. Many of our students do not come to school with the school supplies needed for the school year. I am trying to supply with things they will need. The school and staff try to fill in the gaps where we can, but it can be a struggle at times.

Our students will often have the ability to succeed, but feel like things are lacking with the supplies that they get.

With the equipment that I have requested, our students should not lack for writing utensils or the ability to be able to take assignments home in paper form. Our walls are mostly bare as they are unable to take anything stuck to them for long, but the Mavalus tape has proven to be excellent at this.

The majority of what I have are either workbooks to provide more practice at literature and vocabulary, or they are copies of our books that I want to give out to deserving students. Many like the books, but we have to keep them in the classroom due to past problems with lending them out. And finally, the keyboard and mouse combo are mainly so that I can keep an eye on the class from the back of the room while still having the ability to control the board in the front of the room.
