My Students

I teach Kindergarten through 5th grade Special Education students. My classroom consists of a wide range of disabilities that include students with ADHD, an Autism Spectrum Disorder, or Emotional Disorders. Each student has very unique needs. No one student is the same as the other.

I want to provide the best classroom possible so that each individual student has the opportunity to perform and do their best!

Without the proper resources from donors like you, students might not discover just how far they can fly!

My Project

Annie Campbell once said, "We can teach our children to flap their wings, but conditions have to be just right for them to fly." This is exceptionally true when it comes to students with sensory diet needs. Many students need sensory stimulation throughout their school day.

Bouncy Bands are designed to provide high energy workers with the movement they need without distracting others.

The bands will be used on the student's desk legs or chair legs, depending on their seating arrangement. Bouncy Bands help students focus and they increase time on task. With these, working and learning is made fun!
