Help me give my students math and science materials such as Talking Microscopes, magnifiers, and Simple Machines that will help them master concepts through hands-on activities.

My students walk into our classroom every day full of wonder and excitement about what new learning experiences they will have that day. Despite any challenges my students may face before arriving to school, they are so happy to be in their safe place full of amazing things to learn and do. Students enjoy coming to school because they know they are loved, listened to and respected.
I have the most amazing, inquisitive, energetic and sweet kindergartners.
My students know that in our classroom we are a family and we work together to help and encourage each other to be our very best. As their teacher I love being able to watch them grow with their academics as well as their social/emotional development.
The math and science materials in this project will help students master concepts through hands-on activities. This will help to increase students mastery in fluency of kindergarten skills to prepare them for first grade. By having the kindergarten math and science workstation activities, it is my goal to move from concrete applications in math to abstract applications. These materials are pivotal in being able to introduce skills in a concrete way. When students are asked to perform on fluency assessments to show mastery, proficiency will be met by all students. I have also included materials that will help students practice the skills they learned in fun ways with games. Students love to play games, and the games included are not only fun but create opportunities for students to practice and perfect basic math problem solving skills. Research shows that when students can see and manipulate materials in math, they develop a deeper understanding of the concept being taught.
My students are curious about the world around them and how everything works.
Math and science manipulatives in the classroom will help us to explore, engage, and dig deeper into mathematical and scientific skills and concepts. Students will learn to use the resources that will be gifted to us to help increase engagement during small group station time.
These materials are class sets or small group sets of manipulatives and materials that each student will have an opportunity to learn from. Sometimes as teachers we have a few of these materials and we have to be creative with how to distribute and use them. This project includes enough materials for every child to fully benefit from them.
