My Students

Living in an extremely rural area, our students are very family-oriented. Many of our students have parents that are farmers or coal miners. Although families are involved in the education of our students, most students lack financial support. In fact, our entire school district qualified for the free lunch program this school year.

Our students are the future of our country!

Help us teach them modern technology skills to lead the way for the future. With your donations, we can help them reach goals that might otherwise be unattainable.

My Project

My students have been very blessed by donations from individuals and businesses through Donorschoose. Without these donations, we would not have the hands on learning that takes place everyday in our computer lab! We use snap circuits and coding robots on a daily basis.

Batteries and headphones are used daily in our junior high technology classroom.

There are often times that a student works very hard on coding a robot or designing a snap circuit but then cannot find any working batteries. Other times, students practice coding on the computers but do not have headphones to use when they make their projects come to life!
