My students are loving and caring children. They come to school ready to learn and are motivated!
They work hard on their assignments and strive to do their best.
They come from low-income housing and some come from other countries and are learning English. They are eager to learn new skills in the classroom and especially love technology.
They love STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). They are often looking for new ways to be future innovators! I know they love school, and I hope to keep them engaged all year long!
My Project
I am requesting various materials to use in my STEM and Science classroom for the next school year. These supplies will greatly help us get started on the right foot. Pencils and pencil sharpeners are essential tools for students to take notes and do activities in the classroom. I am also requesting organizational bins, glue, tape dispensers, post-its notes and markers for daily student use when using our Maker Space. In the Maker Space students are able to be creative and design their own new innovations. Chart paper is also a needed item in my classroom to display anchor charts for students to refer to during lessons. All of these materials will greatly help to make my STEM Lab and our school year the best it can be!
