My students are from a rural community that believes in our school. Our students are thoughtful and caring individuals who love to collaborate with others.
Our students thrive in an inquisitive environment that allows for their questioning and collaboration to be utilized.
When they are invested in their learning, they become boundless with their engineering ideas and fearless when it comes to presenting what they learned.
They get so excited to share their learning with other students and the community.
My Project
I am wanting to create a collaborative classroom community that helps my students utilize their talents together. I want to enhance their problem solving and communication skills. The students will use the different building materials to work together and spark their creativity in the mornings.
I want the students to utilize the different engineering devices to work as a team to build something without the restraints of the daily classroom grind.
This is how our mornings will begin and hopefully drizzle into our school day. I want them to feel safe in an environment that is conducive to making mistakes and learning from them.
