Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting funds to purchase 4 sets of STEM activities that come with corresponding picture books to support the activity.
Students will enjoy the STEM activities in the library or teachers can check them out to use them in their classrooms. Students will love the hands on activities that teach them about fractions, gravity, and other STEM related topics appropriate for elementary students.
I am also requesting funds to purchase additional copies of our most popular books, most of which are graphic novels.
The resources would benefit our entire school.
