My Students

I have a class full of kindergarten students that are eager to learn new skills! Many of my students did not attend preschool and they are experiencing learning for the first time in a classroom setting.

My students LOVE learning with hands on activities!

STEM is a great way to encourage creative thinking and problem solving by using hands on learning. My students would absolutely love the opportunity to have materials that they can use to create STEM projects in our classroom!

My Project

This project will provide materials needed for students to create STEM projects. Stem is an integrated approach to learning that incorporates science, technology, engineering, and mathematics into lessons.

STEM is a great opportunity to push kids to think "outside the box" and practice hands-on engaging learning!

Students will use the Design & Build Engineering Centers to create bridges, vehicles, and houses. They will use the Fairy Tale STEAM Kit to combine STEM with literacy by creating designs based on stories. The construction planks will be used for students to replicate real-world designs- from simple train tracks to a towering skyscraper!
