My Students
Our school vision for the future is to have a thriving community that nurtures the whole child and engages the students and the staff. We hope our work keeps our community, friendship and learning fun for our students and their families. We continue to work together to make it a pleasurable experience for all.
Our library is small but I am trying to give our students every opportunity to learn by being hands-on.
I know they love to be creative and to challenge themselves to do better.
These students will someday be our future. I hope with the right tools in our library and classrooms they will become thriving individuals who contribute to our society.
My Project
These journals will help my students keep track of their progress as they do each STEM kit activity.
Each design they do will be done in these journals so they can learn by their mistakes and make improvements as they document each STEM kit activity.
This will help the students with developing their skills in conducting experiments, recording observations, the design process and vocabulary development.
It will be great for the students to be able to check and re-check their work by using these journals. I also will be able to track how each student is doing and progressing weekly.
