My Students

My classroom is made up of 22 lovable and inquisitive learners. These kindergarten students come to school each day with lots of energy, high levels of enthusiasm, and a love for learning. They are especially interested in technology and the incorporation of STEM activities in the classroom.

In my class, hands-on learning activities are incorporated throughout each day with the use of technology, manipulatives, music and movement, and cooperative learning experiences.

I strive to make learning meaningful and memorable. One way to ensure that is through the use of unique and authentic experiences involving computers, technology, and creative and cooperative thinking, as provided with the Bee-Bots coding robots.

My Project

My students will benefit from these hands-on learning opportunities by being engaged and encouraged to "think outside the box" and to problem-solve. With the technology pieces included in this STEM kit, such as the bee-bot, my students will learn to code and give commands.

By donating to this project, you will be encouraging my curious thinkers to problem-solve, use technology, and apply other sciences in their learning throughout the day.

Technology is a huge part of our everyday lives. Because of this, STEM activities have become more of a staple in our classrooms. My students will be excited to learn and use technology and hands-on materials daily in our class.

These materials will promote a higher level of thinking and curiosity within my classroom, and this inspiration will no doubt be contagious!
