My students need a variety of leveled STEM books to help them make connections to STEM and the real world through their interests and ability levels.

My Students

These students are among the most diverse in the nation. They live in one of the highest crime areas and in some of the highest poverty levels in an urban district. These children are eager to learn and be 21st century ready leaders.

These students would benefit from a STEM Library, to spark their curiosity and to engage them in learning, to help them become creative and critical thinkers.

This books for STEAm would include a variety of Science and Technology like coding, Engineering, Math and other career applications.

My Project

These STEM book sets will help students make connections to the real world through applications of learning and career connections. For example the books sets of STEM Career and Math in the Real World will get students thinking about how STEM will help them in their future careers. The following books titled Young Architect, Engineering in Action and Learning to Code will help them think critically and creatively to solve problems.

With these book sets the world of STEM will be readily available for students to access to perk their curiosity and find ways to connect their learning to other subjects, and their futures.
