I currently have twenty 4-year old students that are all on target developmentally and very excited to learn and progress in school.
Each of the students are developmentally on-target for their age.
The community we live in is supportive and will try to support the students in many ways, however, funding can be a road block at times. Each of the students in my classroom are eager to learn new skills and being able to get up and move is always very motivating for them.
Help us enhance our classroom library with a listening station, playdoh tools and a butterfly habitat for our STEM area. As each student has individual interests, abilities, and goals, the listening station can offer something enjoyable and meaningful to every student! Our listening station could provide stories of fantasy, non-fiction, math, science, music/instruments, the possibilities are endless! The butterfly habitat will be used with our butterfly garden to raise caterpillars. Currently our habitat has a hole in it and often caterpillars will get out. The dough tools will be helpful when students are creating new projects for our classroom in our art/science area.
