Our students are part of two 4th grade classrooms that consist of 44 hard workers who love hands-on learning! We spend our day meeting the rigor of Common Core Curriculum with fun, exciting and engaging lessons that are full of interactive learning. Our school is part of an extremely impoverished district and as teachers, we are doing everything we can to help bring new materials and experiences to our students that will forever change their educational experience.
It is common to walk into our classroom and see students being self-directed learners who collaborate with one another and preserve through difficult work.
They strive to do their best and even when faced with such adversity show up each and every day ready to give their best effort. They couldn't make us more proud!
The students work hard and are dealing with some challenging situations outside of school. Let's work hard to give them the best education and opportunities at school that we can!
Getting a Breakout EDU box would give students the opportunity to learn in a hands-on way! A Breakout EDU box encourages students to use problem-solving skills, work on collaborating, and promotes incredible social learning! This Breakout EDU box will take our learning to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! I have created lots of activities that include STEM challenges, math puzzles, ELA passages etc. and these activities have been phenomenal, but if we are able to incorporate the Breakout EDU box into the mix it would make these lessons absolutely incredible. This Breakout EDU box will give students hands-on experiences, engage their minds in every way possible, and create a classroom atmosphere full of perseverance and cooperation. Please help bring this amazing resources to our classrooms, knowing that students will be challenging themselves in ways they've never done before, with engagement like never before.
