My Project

Did you know that only about 33% of scientists are women? We want to empower the girls at my school by providing them with the opportunity to explore, investigate, and become scientists for a day. Through our program, older girls will mentor our younger girls and engage in STEM activities.

Our goal: to empower young girls to explore the field of science!

Girls will participate in a variety of STEM activities and build confidence while doing it. We need gem mining kits, science kits, snap circuits, and more! We want our kids to know that they ARE scientists, even at a young age.
