Help me give my students t the opportunity to earn the STEM Cart and work cooperatively to expand their minds by building, coding, and creating! This is a great incentive for students to earn the cart and explore!
The students at our elementary school are truly remarkable. Their love for learning is endless and they inspire teachers to want to do more! We have students who join after school clubs and create new ones to enhance their learning experiences. Our students have a thirst for the sciences. They love to collaborate and create. The students at ETES are always looking for creative ways to learn, and this year, we are diving deep into STEM to give them the opportunity to thrive!
My Project
Each class will have the chance to earn "STEM Class of the Week" which means the class gets to keep the cart of STEM games and choose which activity they want to engage with. All students (pre-k thru 5th) will get to play the Kanoodle strategy game and learn parts of a robot with the spinner game! They will practice problem solving strategies to solve puzzles and build. Students will incorporate the 4 c's which include being creative, collaborating with peers, practicing communication skills, and express critical thinking. This is a great incentive that will help keep our students motivated!
