What I love about my students is that they are all so different and unique. They are small but very busy and like to be creative and hands-on.
With the next generation science standards it would be nice to make STEM bins for them to work with during center time.
By building, creating and problem solving with various materials they can interact with their tools and their classroom peers. It supports a love of learning and they can learn through play.
By using these materials I will be able to fill my classroom with new and exciting activities to stimulate exploration and discovery. Children learn best through play and by providing fun hands-on materials they can engage with peers and create using their imaginations!
By using the Magnatiles and STEM building kits they can work in pairs and groups to create and build problem solving skills.
They can use the materials in a variety of ways that are fun and exciting during centers as well. These materials will give my students the opportunity to grow as learners and be able to play and learn at the same time.
