My students need fun, hands-on STEM materials for our Fast Finishers STEM corner! These items will encourage teamwork and collaboration among peers, while also challenging them with completing related Math & Science tasks.
Our students are curious, energetic learners who thrive on immersive experiences involving technology, collaboration, and hands-on activities. We have a very diverse student culture with a mix of High-Ability students, Special Education students and English Language learners. We are also identified as a Title 1 school with over 50% of our population qualifying for Free and Reduced Lunch. Funds are sometimes hard to come by, but that doesn't stop our students from practicing kindness, teamwork, and celebrating each other's successes daily. Our students LOVE learning!
My Project
We are SO excited to enjoy hands-on STEM materials, but we are in need of your help! With your donations, we can fully create our "STEM Corner" for Fast Finishers and students to use during Math Rotations. We also are in need of a way to store our favorite STEM items, so organizational storage carts are desperately needed.
