Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I will be teaching at a Title I school in a low income area. Our school lacks funding, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
This project will be used to fund a great group of 3rd-5th graders!
I am asking for your help in funding a grant that will promote an after school STEM program for students with high needs! As a title one school, many of the students come from low income homes, therefore can not afford to pay for this program on their own. The program will help them explore the world of STEM through BMX.
My Project
At our title one school, many of my students come from low income families. Therefore, funding is limited for them as well as for the school. I am asking for your help in funding a STEM center in my classroom.
This project will give students hands on learning with science, technology, engineering, art and math.
It will allow students to use their creativity, think outside the box and be imaginative. Furthermore, it will give students the opportunity to use critical thinking and analyze problems. Students will build as well as learn how to code. This will also teach students to to work independently and to work as a team.
