My Students

Our students are truly gifted learners that take on every challenge placed before them... and they conquer it well. Our students embrace our school's creativity standards every day as they think deeply, collaborate to solve problems and refine their craft as learners.

Being from a school focused on the whole child, we aim to teach and inspire students to discover their passions and give them opportunities to thrive as learners.

Our maker spaces, open and engaging environments, and passionate teachers make students thirsty for more and more!

My Project

These materials will make a tremendous difference in my students' learning by giving them hands-on opportunities to experience science, technology, engineering, and math all at the same time. The lessons that I will teach will encourage collaboration, innovation, and thinking outside the box. These tools, Makey Makey boards and Little Bits kits, are designed to foster problem solving, creativity, as well as giving them an opportunity to build relationships with peers and learn how to work collaboratively with others. When I think about the adults that these students will become, I want them to have confidence in who they are and see the value they bring to the world. Making and creating new things are an amazing way allow my students to grow and see the possibilities in their own lives.
