Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Students with exceptionalities are wonderful just the way they are! I teach Kindergarten - 2nd grade in a special education classroom where we learn all about ELA, Science, Social Studies and Math. We also learn all about life skills that will help us be successful in the community.

My heart is extremely happy to be able to teach these students that come from a low-socioeconomic status.

They make the difference in my life and I am ready to provide them with the best education so they can be successful!

My Project

The materials and items I am requesting will help my special needs students to experiment and find a solution in their own unique way. Using the STEM Master Building Toys would also help my special needs students build in their own unique way.

It will help build an environment of resilience by providing the opportunity for them to fail and for them to know they can try again.

It would also help my special needs students build their team building skills while working together on activities.

STEM education is a continuing opportunity for my students to use problem-solving skills and higher-level thinking in a fun way.
