This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello I am a first year teacher and wanting to grow my library and acquire stem bins for the students to have access to in class. I would love to add additional reading materials to the classroom to start growing our very small library to promote reading. I have all leveled reader in my class and would really love for the students to have variety and choices to peak their reading interests.

I've also included several STEM activities which will benefit all of the students in my classroom.

Students can further explore science, math among other skills as they use the stem bins to create wonderful things. I hope to make them part of our routines so that the students can have fun while learning. These materials are sorely needed in our classroom and students will surely benefit from having access to them.
