This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
"We want to be scientists! " I often hear this from my class when teaching a science lesson.
My kindergarten students attend an urban charter school where 100% of our school is in poverty.
My students are hard workers and have the desire to learn. I want each of my students to reach their full potential by loving to learn. They are willing to do whatever it takes to be successful in the classroom!
My Project
The science lab center will be used during our daily science lessons. The students will be able learn about measurements, direction, and so much more! They will be able to use microscopes, beakers, magnifying glasses, and many other tools to start their learning of the scientific method. My students will be totally engaged with the hands-on experience they will be receiving!
By donating to this project you will be helping create leaders not only in the classroom but in the world as well!
My students will be in charge of their learning. Thank you for considering this project!
