My students need some science and social studies literature libraries. To appeal to my hands on learners I have requested life cycle a sequencing kit and magnifier board
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Scientists are the key to our future and historians are the keepers of our past. I hope to inspire each of my students to be both!
I teach over 100 second grade students social studies and science every day.
The students that walk through my door range from gifted to having severe learning disabilities and Autism. No matter who they are or what their learning style, they are all capable of excelling in my classroom and growing up to be something great!
My Project
We will use these wonderful resources in so many ways! I will incorporate the science and social studies literature like a plant and matter book library into daily lessons to grab students' attention. The hands on materials will be used to appeal to my kinesthetic learners styles of learning.
Your donations to this project will provide my stellar students with materials they would not have otherwise.
With these materials I hope to help nurture little scientists and historians.
