My students need the iPod Touch devices and VR headsets to take their learning experiences to a whole new level! These devices will allow them to jump into their learning and make deeper, more meaningful connections!
Our school's mission is to prepare our students to be responsible citizens, life-long learners, and to prepare them for an increasingly technological future.
Students at my school are excited for this school year as we begin our 1:1 Chromebook initiative and our LEGO Robotics Team.
Students come everyday ready to learn and explore! They come from various backgrounds within a small, rural community. Most student have very limited, if any, access to technology outside of school. We want to expose them to the world of technology in order for them to be successful in the technological world that we live in!
My Project
Our school is moving toward 21st Century learning. We are working to incorporate STEAM lessons and activities into our classroom curriculum in order to create a more active learning environment in which our students can be active participants in their learning. We are including project-based learning activities in which students complete real world projects including designing and creating models of buildings.

The iPods and VR headsets will truly help in bringing the student's learning to a whole new level. They will allow them to visit sites all over the world, have experiences unavailable to them here, and open them up to endless possibilities!
