My Students

Our school is a Pre-K to 5th grade campus. Our students are working hard at their personalized learning goals. Making technology accessible to our students is a priority because they may not have access at home.

Our students need hands-on personalized learning opportunities.

Many students on our campus were affected by Hurricane Harvey and are still trying to get back to a normal routine. Some students have had to relocate or live with relatives for up to a year while rebuilding. Help us give our students new experiences to recover, heal, and rebuild.

My Project

Our students are very interested in coding and computer programming. Introducing students to these skills will help them understand the processes of coding. These skills will lead to more advanced coding projects as they grow. Our students need opportunities to collaborate and create using technology.

The coding sets will be used before school, during class, and after school for all students to challenge themselves.

Teaching students coding is a great introduction to computer science and it will spark their imaginations and innovation. The coding robots will help prepare our future robotics teams and give our learners a great 21st century skill.
