My students need items to create STEAM bins they will be using for morning work, earlier finisher work, and for various activities throughout the day. AW need paint, index cards and more.
We are a small, public, charter school located in the rural town of Clarksburg in the Sacramento Delta region. Our students come from many communities up and down the Sacramento River, which means we serve students from a variety of backgrounds and needs. We provide services to a significant EL population and a growing Special Education population.
We are always pushing our leaders and scholars to do their best!
Our school serves students in grades K-6 and provides rigorous academics, fantastic teachers and a safe learning environment.
My Project
STEAM bins will allow students to create fun and engaging projects while deepening their knowledge of science, technology, engineering, art and math . STEAM bins will give students the opportunity to expand their knowledge of math and science skills by using dominos, magna-tiles, building bricks (legos), unifix cubes, place value blocks, pattern blocks, number tiles, brain flakes and geometric shapes and so much more!
STEAM BINS in our classroom will engage students in problem solving skills and group activities which will enhance student learning.
STEAM bins give students the opportunity for hands-on learning and enjoyment while being proactive and collaborating in group activities.
