My Students
I am teaching students with Learning Support needs in the 4th grade. I am so excited to support their growth in the General Ed classroom. My students are developing an independence.
My students are starting to develop unique personalities and interests.
Some of their personalities push them play with other students, while some of my students find enjoyment in what they can accomplish alone.
Some of my students have interests in engineering while others like reading and like to imagine new worlds and possibilities.
My Project
My 4th Grade students have working brains that love to build and design. They have very active imaginations. They are fueled by engineering opportunities and would get great use of these magnetic tiles, building bricks and other materials.
My students will be able to use their active imaginations to build the future they see in their heads.
Some may choose to build a big house with big bedrooms, while others may build something smaller. The requested books will help my students explore interests and worlds unknown to them. This project will help students think big and imagine all of the possibilities that lay ahead. STEAM materials also introduce students to career paths of engineering and architecture.
