Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, I know that my students face several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Nevertheless, they work hard to overcome obstacles that interfere with their learning. They live in a low socioeconomic area where they have to learn to live without supplies necessary for learning. They need to know that hard work will lead them to success.

I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with the necessary materials to enhance their learning.

My Project

The students will utilize the wipes and tissues to keep items clean and remain healthy. These materials will keep all the students' areas cleaned. The students will be able to use the wipes daily for their own use to ensure their working area is sanitized.

Staying safe and healthy will be a way students comprehend how important it is to remain safe every day.

My students will be able to value the benefits of safety and health in their everyday life outside of the classroom as well. They will be able to teach others how important it is to be safe and healthy.
