Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My third graders haven’t had a typical school year since kindergarten. They are hard-working and resilient in their pursuit of high-quality education. We are a designated school, which means we are in Fresno's extremely high poverty area. However, my students are making considerable strides in their education while maneuvering through the Covid pandemic.

My students are curious, eager to learn, and excited to be back on campus.

I hope 3rd Grade is memorable for them. They are my "WHY," they are the future, and I am lucky to be their teacher!

My Project

My students come from low-income families. They are eager to continue learning in the classroom. They have been resilient throughout this Pandemic.

My students will be taking the State test for the first time, and these supplies would help keep them motivated.

My students know that our room is a safe place to try new things, share their thoughts, and have their needs met to the best of my ability. Our classroom is a haven, and in my classroom, we are family. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
