My students need a little help acquiring just a few more supplies to help them organize, sort, and highlight their daily work. Sharpies, folders, and Post-It notes are extras that will help them succeed everyday!
My students come to school excited to learn and interact with their classmates and other staff members every day. It is exciting and inspiring to see the growth these students make throughout the year!
Our school serves students in grades K-6 and provides a variety of programs to meet students' needs in addition to a free breakfast and lunch program.
These include Title I math and reading, LAP reading services, ELL, and a community volunteer reading program for struggling readers.
Every year our students come to school with a variety of supplies. Because of the rising cost of materials, many of the little extras are not included in our supply list to parents anymore. That means that each year more and more of the everyday items we use to run a classroom are provided at the personal expense of the teacher.
These items will help our entire grade level supplement the basic supplies that students bring with them each year.
Your generous donations of folders, Sharpies, Post-It Notes, and additional classroom supplies will help our 2nd graders get off to a successful and great start to their school year, and make the distribution of supplies equitable for all.
