My students work hard to create a superior sound on the violin. They strive to demonstrate how to properly hold the violin upright, use great finger pressure, and to listen mindfully to the music coming from their own violins, their classmates, and their teacher.
Don't practice till you get it right; practice till you can't get it wrong!
That's our motto in violin. My students strive regularly to maintain a high level of tone and musicality in violin class from kindergarten to fifth grade. Their commitment to excellence is what makes our concerts a pleasure for the children and the parents.
My Project
We are in need of violins at my school, so that additional students are able to take an instrument home and practice! The more time a child can spend learning the violin, the better he or she will be!

With these violins, 4 more students will be able to take an instrument home and practice our favorite songs, like Lightly Row, Allegro, and Perpetual Motion!
It is my goal to one day have enough violins to send home with every child who wants one, and this project helps us along towards that goal. Thank you for your support!
