My Students
I will be teaching 20 amazing and adorable Kindergarten scholars. They will enter my classroom with big smiles, happy, and ready to learn. Many students that come to our school do not speak English and have no preschool experience. We also have exceptional students included in our class.
We are a Global Magnet Title I School serving 65% low-income families who speak limited English.
We offer Mandarin Chinese and Spanish to our students. Our school also serves parents who work multiple jobs to help make ends meet.
My Project
Teaching students how to be organized is an important skill as they begin their elementary years. I want to teach in my Kinders how to place things in their mailboxes daily. Students will use the mailboxes to place their completed class work and homework daily. I also want to add a pocket chart for students to place their positive behavior tickets earned throughout the day. Student will keep up with how many tickets they receive by the end of the week. Having the expo cleaner will help me keep my classroom tables and whiteboard clean for daily use. The fruit snacks will be given to students who come to school without snack.
Thanks in advance for helping us increase my Kindergartners learning in a creative way.
