Starting Our STEM Program with Programming!

Help me give my students a fantastic start to our STEM program! We need an iPad and Apple Pencil to use in our class to work on coding!

My Students

My students are active learners! They will be starting a STEM class for the first time this year and have signed up to be my guinea pigs! They are wanting to try new things! I have applied for a grant to receive some robots so we can learn to code. We will be using the iPad to make apps as well as coding the robots with it. I will have mostly upper classmen that will be learning ways they can use STEM in their future careers!

My Project

At MHS, our students have never had a STEM class at the high school level. We are super excited to get this program off the ground.

In this course, we will be learning about coding, programming, internet safety, apps, robots, and SO MUCH MORE!

With your help, we will be purchasing an iPad with accessories to be able to use to learn about programming websites, apps, coding, and we will be using the pencil to draw apps we make as well!

We are so excited to get this program off the ground! We hope to also possibly learn about rockets as well as programming robots!
