My Students

Creative, meaningful, positive, and purposeful learning is essential in the lives of my classroom family. We are a multi-cultural bilingual classroom and school. Our classroom does not discriminate against race, culture, or income instead fosters and builds meaningful life experiences and relationships. These students LOVE to learn. They are fascinated by books and engaged in classroom discussion. By fostering positive learning experiences and relationships these students have the opportunity to excel in ways that promote success. The first school experience is memorable, but our experiences are unforgettable.

My Project

A great benefit that iPads and laptops have is the ability to accommodate each student’s unique learning style as well as meet the needs of learners with disabilities. In a traditional classroom, educators teach to the masses and students with a learning disability may have trouble focusing or not getting the attention from the teacher they need.

Holding an iPad or working with it on a flat surface can become tiring over time.

A stand holds the device in an ergonomic and visible position for students to work with throughout a typical day.
