Although my students face several challenges in and out of the classroom, they are eager to learn and utilize various applications available to them online.
I am looking for help to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
A few days a week, we utilize programs such as iReady, Algebra Nation, and Khan Academy for my Algebra and Pre-Algebra students. All three of the websites have many audio features that support the struggling learners and allow for independent success. I am asking for a classroom set of headphones (30 pairs) that will be used in my room for audio support on the iReady, Khan Academy, and Algebra Nation websites to assist the struggling learners as they work to reach their full potential.
My Project
School is designed to have students sitting all day. Some students get reprieve from electives like gym but others aren’t so lucky, and some students just need to stand. The current desks provided by the school follow the standard expectation of school seating, which doesn’t work for all students.
These standing desks will give students with different needs opportunity for different seating.
This change of pace can help reset their motivation for completing their math work and learning. This reset will help students concentrate and grow more as budding mathematicians, that will help students focus better in achieving their goals.
