My Students

I have a wonderful group of active first graders. I have a wide range of students, from strong readers and critical thinkers to English language learners and students with special needs. The one thing that they all have in common is they want to learn, participate, and be successful.

My students enjoy learning, working together, and being 1st graders.

They want to be successful and grow, and we thank you for your consideration and your donations in helping them do so.

My Project

The stand up desk and stool will be added to our classroom to increase the number of choices my students have for flexible seating.

Flexible seating allows my students to make choice best for their learning and allows them to be comfortable and focused!

My students love flexible seating and the variety of choices they have. Flexible seating not only helps my students be comfortable, but it allows cooperative learning and encourages students to be responsible for their bodies and their needs. Adding flexible seating options to my classroom has been a wonderful decision and we look forward to the day that we can add a stand up desk to our room!
