This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Art education is a subject area which enables students from various learning levels, language As an Art educator in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to give them a true artistic experience with proper materials.nMy students are creative, clever and hardworking.

They are dedicated to trying 100% of the time, but they are limited by the materials and space.

My Project

For many of my students Art is the only class that enables them to feel successful and a sense of pride in themselves. The donations for this project will improve my classroom by providing my students need a easels to hold their work. These materials will allow them to separate with ease and permit them to properly space themselves to work comfortably in a classroom with 29 peers total.

Due to the various learning levels within one class and the amount of students, I divide the class into different stages of the same project.

This permits my students to work at their required speed.
