My Students

First graders are always eager to learn and try new things. We love to see how each child grows academically and socially throughout the year. Students have many different learning styles, and that's what makes each one of them special to us.

We look forward to seeing each child's progress throughout the year.

First graders make huge strides in all areas. Being able to watch them become independent learners is fun and rewarding and makes us feel very proud of each and every one of them.

My Project

We would like to incorporate a stand-up desk into our first-grade classrooms to maximize student achievement and learning. This desk will be utilized by all students in our classrooms within the first grade.

A stand-up desk will allow students the freedom to move in a discrete way.

We want students to feel at ease in our classrooms and stand up desks provide them with the opportunity to be actively engaged in learning throughout the day.

Putting a stand-up desk in our first-grade classrooms will help any and all students feel comfortable and safe in their learning environment.
