My Students

As Wellness Coordinator for our building - my "students" are all the staff members within the building. We teach in a Title I school in a rural area. Our staff put in many hours above and beyond their regularly scheduled workday. As a part of wellness we want to focus on staff health.

My Project

I am in charge of our school's Staff Wellness Program here at Cascades Elementary School. It is my goal to inspire, encourage, and care for our staff so they are healthy and strong to give their best to our kiddos!

Staff wellness and healthy habits helps curb burnout and maintain stamina.

We will use this nebula in our exercise area to access exercise videos and step by step instructions to fully utilize our equipment. It can also be used to play music during activities.

This Nebula is easily portable and can be used in different areas. During social distancing staff can check it out and take it to a comfortable place within the building where they feel comfortable exercising.
