This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thanks to the generosity of the Donors Choose Community, my classroom received a new horseshoe table!

Now, we are seeking stools so students can sit around it during small group instruction.

We currently have 3 chairs, but they are rather bulky. Stools are stackable and take up much less room. My classroom also has the type of desks where the seats are attached, so additional stools would be helpful for students to collaborate together without having to move an entire desk. Stackable stools will help save space, all while providing somewhere to sit.
