My Students

I work with a fantastic bunch of first graders in a rural district. This class just loves to learn. They are all happy and energetic students that have stepped up to the challenge of distant learning. They are working so hard everyday to learn reading, phonics, writing, math, science, and social studies. They are a super group of kids that deserve something special during this challenging time.

My Project

COVID-19 has changed the way we live, socialize, work and do school. I miss my students and I miss going to school each day.

Please help me to spread a little joy to my students.

I would like to create a pick-me-up care package for each student to help them grow as learners at home by providing them with additional materials. I will deliver it to their homes to bring them a little joy during this confusing time. It will also remind them that I still care and think about them everyday.
