My Project

I am requesting funds to purchase a spotlight for student performances. Before Covid, all the elementary students performed together on stage in a grade level musical. During the pandemic, all the performances ceased. While a few virtual performances were made available to them, many of the kids lacked the resources, time, or extra motivation to participate in them.

A spotlight will help the students performers to feel more special on stage and will help them to shine like the stars that we know they can be.

There is minimal lighting in our multipurpose room. A spotlight will enhance the theatrical experience for our students and will help the parents and the community see them better during the performances.

The Middle School students will also benefit from its use in their musicals and other performances such as the Annual Talent Show.
