My Students

As a speech-language pathologist, I work with students from a variety of different backgrounds with speech and language difficulties.

Due to distance learning and me not being able to provide speech therapy services in person, the students I work with do not have any of their own resources to target their speech & language goals.

These students have been referred by parents or staff to receive extra help in the area of speech/language.

My Project

With this gift card, I would be able to purchase digital materials that are related to each of my student's individual goals. Examples of goals include: targeting specific speech sounds, targeting producing complete sentences, targeting producing fluent speech, and targeting social/emotional learning, as well as social skills. I would be able to provide them with resources, strategies, and activities to help them not fall behind on their speech/language goals. I would also be able to choose engaging activities that will motivate them and allow them to feel successful while improving on their goals.
