My Students

I serve students across 12 different districts. These students are special education students who need speech and language services as a part of their Individualized Education Plan. When I am not working directly with students on my caseload I am evaluating students who have been referred due to concerns regarding their speech and language needs.

My Project

With the Teachers pay Teachers gift card I will be able to purchase materials that are otherwise outside my personal budget for Speech and Language materials. These materials will help provide engaging visuals and manipulatives to my students to learn about basic concepts, AAC, social skills, the production of speech sounds and many language based activities.

These materials will help students to learn and grow throughout their speech and language needs as described on their Individualized Education Plans.

Additionally, these materials will help to provide a welcoming atmosphere to the speech room/evaluation center.
