Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The students I work with are very unique and have a smile every day in class. We are a Self-Contained Special Needs Classroom. They come from different backgrounds and all walks of life. They can brighten any day.
Every day is a new day with my students and they are always eager to learn and to go beyond yesterday.
We have become a family in this classroom. We help each other every single day and we have a fun time learning. We have curious and adventurous minds here!
My Project
Technology is apart of our daily lives and the lives of our students. Providing our students with an iPad and case will give our students a way to learn through a unique style that is tailored to their specific special need.
Having iPads in the classroom tremendously helps with lessons, activities, engages learning and gives our students a step-up!
The iPad will allow us to track each student individually and keep up with their needs and also help them socially and emotionally with certain apps they will be able to have. As our students are in a Self-Contained Classroom, iPads will also help them to see the world around them! Please help us with this project so that we can enhance our learning on all platforms!
