My students need technology and hands-on materials to keep them engaged and meet their various learning styles. The iPads and hands-on learning programs with award winning games would be perfect for center based learning!
My self contained learning and language delayed class is located in a Title I school. Our school has a high ELL population and all students receive free breakfast.
My class is comprised of 15 eager and energetic kindergarten through 2nd grade students with diverse needs.
Our school encourages students to ROAR with pride by being respectful, responsible and safe! I strive to provide a learning environment that fosters the development of their varied abilities. These little learners love technology and hands on activities!
My Project
My students need technology and activities that focus on foundational skills. My students will use the iPads and award winning games included in the programs to explore their abilities. These will be utilized independently or with a partner during our center based learning times each day! They will strengthen their number/spatial sense, creativity, problem solving, and academic confidence. Having more fun while learning will help them to feel successful and productive!
