My Students

Teaching at a Title I school is my calling. Some of these students face issues that we have never even dealt with as adults. Our goal is to disrupt the status quo and instill in our students the love of learning. We are focused on high-quality teaching, and growing the whole child!

Our district's word this year is love!

My students' desire to explore, question, and learn about the world around them is contagious! They inspire each other and they inspire me. I want our classroom to be a place where students know they are safe and have that sense of freedom where the possibilities for learning are endless.

My Project

Many of my students really struggle with phonics and reading! I ordered some games and activities on here to get them excited to learn! They also LOVE writing in colored pens, and I will do anything to motivate them to write because it really is difficult for them. Our students really need some extra support in and out of the classroom and that's where we come in with extra resources to support them in every aspect of their school life. Thank you for ALL your support in helping our students be able to thrive at school!
