My Students

Currently I teach Social Studies for Special Education students, grades 9-12. All of my students have different needs and learning styles.

My Project

We can all agree times have not been easy due to COVID-19, which has caused many personal struggles. As we prepare for the start of the new school year, my goal as a teacher has been to meet the social/emotional needs of all my students; this experience has been tough for adults, but even more on the little minds and hearts of kids.

These items will allow me to purchase items through Amazon in order to meet their needs.

I will need to buy books for my students specific to reading, writing, and math. These books are $15 a piece. I teach about 30 students, and it is essential that each student has access to an individual book. These books will be used in the classroom and at home on a daily basis.
