Does anybody really enjoy public speaking? Our third graders do! There is a reason Common Core has written standards in order to engage collaborative discussions and public speaking. Our students are finding fun and creative ways to hold their audience attention. The kids are interesting, authentic and being more confident in front of a room. They are passionate and their voice tones are beginning to hold an audience.
We are not celebrities, politicians or public speakers; but we want to be at ease when giving a speech about animals, former presidents or any other shared learning.
We practice visualization, eye contact and self-awareness. Again, working on confidence and spirit. Our personalities shine bright when we are educating each other.
My Project
The use of this Karaoke Microphone will help our students be more comfortable public speaking. The built-in high-quality Bluetooth module can be used as speaker, player and recorder, compatible with various singing applications. We will be able to use with our SmartBoard.
