My Students
Students at our school come from a wide array of homes. Our students' learning needs vary as much as their basic needs. Many need additional support in their studies and must work extra hard to achieve at their highest potential.
My classroom is like a family and whatever my students need becomes a need for me, too.
I work hard to meet their needs and often find the help we need in friends and family. It is important that they know I care about them beyond the academics.
My Project
The tables I am requesting will allow us more floor space to work in centers and to move about the room. Our class sizes are large and personal space is always an issue. We often need space to dance and role play and find it difficult to make room with our current arrangements.
It is essential to the students' learnings that they have appropriate space to work independently and to collaborate as a team.
The surface will allow us to complete our tasks successfully. The space will also give us privacy when needed for testing and focusing too. Comfortable furniture is important when it comes to learning.
